Pete Schmidt Music Accessories are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee for workmanship and defective materials. If your music accessory fails to perform due to defective materials or workmanship during normal use, we will send you a replacement unit at no additional fee*.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase order.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, moisture damage or damage from use not intended for the product.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient.
*Shipping charges for returns (to and from Pete Schmidt, LLC) are the purchaser's responsibility.
